Bailey is a partner in the Valuations, Forensics & Litigation Support Services groups at MNP LLP. Since 2008, she has focused her practice on delivering financial investigations, business valuation, and litigation support services to her clients, ranging from individuals and their legal counsel, government and non-profit organizations, and corporations in various industries. This work includes investigations into allegations of cash and asset misappropriation, fraud, and other financial irregularities. Bailey has qualified as an expert in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Social Security Tribunal and private arbitration with respect to financial investigations, forensic accounting, and business valuations. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (formerly Chartered Accountant) with a specialty in Investigative and Forensic Accounting, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and is Certified in Financial Forensics.
Mike is a senior manager in the Investigative and Forensic Service line of MNP LLP. He is responsible for investigations across Canada. He works with First Nations, corporations, public organizations on employee misconduct, risk assessments, due diligence and harassment cases. Mike is designated as a Certified Forensic Investigator. Before joining MNP, Mike served for 24 years at the Ottawa Police Service as a Detective Sgt in Financial Crimes and Proceeds of Crime. He has spent his career investigating financial crimes. He has experience investigating complex international financial crimes including a variety of fraud schemes, money laundering and proceeds of crime offences.

Featured in Impact Magazine as an Athlete with Impact, and interviewed for Global TV and The Chicago Tribune, Andrea developed and now runs a multidisciplinary wellness program centered on self-care and behaviour change to help clients live their healthiest lives. Andrea authored a weight management workbook and has been published in multiple magazines. She holds a master of social work degree, is internationally certified in both the treatment of obesity, and as a fitness professional. Her unique perspective extends both professionally and personally. As a social worker, she offers clients a 360 degree approach to wellness. As someone who has reversed multiple chronic diseases including Type II Diabetes, liver disease, and severe obesity through self-care, she brings empathy, practical tips, and transformative tools. Andrea presents and facilitates workshops regularly for private groups, corporations and the Government of AB.
Jocelyn is seen as an exceptional relationship builder and recognized for strong presentation skills. She has a keen interest in facilitating adult learning and professional development opportunities. Jocelyn possess a solid HR background with almost 30 years of experience in the areas of; recruitment and talent management, career development and job search support, project management and general management. Her experience spans a variety of industries: recruitment, post-secondary education, legal and warehousing. She demonstrates a proven ability to work with people at all levels of an organization. Currently Jocelyn is a Talent Development Consultant at the University of Calgary. In this role with Human Resources Jocelyn designs and facilitates workshops in the management and staff professional development programs.
Brad Lohner is a 35 year veteran of the credit and collection industry. With offices in Edmonton, Brampton, and Ann Arbor, Michigan, Brad provides Fortune 500 creditors with credit control services, automated receivable management solutions, Builders’ Liens, and third-party domestic and international debt recovery services.
